We are a team of professionals with backgrounds in hospitality, personal assistance and biology who fell in love with the Dominican Republic and its incredible potential for transformative wellness retreats. In our work, we began to notice a recurring pattern: retreat leaders were overwhelmed. Miscommunications, cultural nuances, and the need to coordinate dozens of moving pieces — all on top of daily life — were draining their time, energy, and creativity. Instead of focusing on their ideas and their communities, many were stuck managing logistics that should have been easier.

Retreat Venues DR was created to solve that problem. We support retreat leaders by simplifying every step of the retreat-planning journey in the Dominican Republic. From venue selection and retreat program localization to logistics and on-the-ground support, we handle the details so retreat leaders can focus on delivering a powerful experience. Our goal is to make hosting a wellness retreat in the Dominican Republic smooth, inspiring, and sustainable — for both the attendees and the facilitator.
